He is one of the most special cats this world has ever known. This adorable kitty cat has something none of the other felines have – his tongue sticks out all the time and there is nothing he can do about it. However, that doesn’t stop him from being the happiest cat in the world.
Meet the sweet cat with unique disability Mr. Magoo!
“When I first saw Magoo it was obvious that he was very special (and adorable),” Magoo’s human Natalie said.
The Registered Veterinary Technician also said that it was love at first sight. When she first saw the cat, she knew right then she had to adopt him and give him a furever home.
“His little tongue was sticking out and he only weighed 14oz. During physical exam we found his lower jaw is off to one side, which causes his tongue to stick out, and his skull is slightly deformed but otherwise healthy,” Natalie added.
“So, as any Registered Veterinary Technician would do, I decided right then and there I had to keep him,” Natalie explains. “I brought him home with me that night and was so in love, I had truly met my furry little soul mate.”
Before Mr. Magoo found a loving home, he was rescued under a deck in Coquitlam B. C. (Canada). He lived there with two other kittens and their mother. When volunteers brought him into Westwood Heights Pet Hospital, the staff quickly noticed he was something special.
Mr. Magoo is just so adorable!
Nobody can ever resist this beautiful cat!
Despite his disability the cat is full of energy and loves to play.
“Even though he has this disability, it never seems to slow him down. When I first met Magoo I thought that he needed me, but in reality, I was the one who needed him, he has changed my life forever,” Natalie said.
Mr. Magoo has touched so many lives and will continue to make anyone he encounters happy.
Mr. Magoo loves to spend time on bed with his favorite human.
Two years later, Mr. Magoo is still the same happy cat with his tongue sticking out 24/7.
“Mr. Magoo is now 2-years-old and is loving life. He loves cuddles on the couch, stealing dog and human food, jumping on counters, sneak attacks on his Pomeranian brothers and so much more, he is truly living life to the fullest,” Natalie said.
